Our family and our farm are a top priority. We do however show at the Ohio State Fair, and the NAILE when the farm work allows us. We attend the Ohio Hampshire Showcase Sale, and our show market lambs at our local Hancock County Fair. The time element involved with farming discourages our attendance at a lot of shows. That does not mean the quality of sheep is less, but rather our priorities are a little different. Therefore our award list is not near as long and prestigious as some flocks. As our girls grow, we will support them and encourage them to follow their dreams. If that involves sheep and more sheep shows, you may see us more in the future. That does not mean we are not "thrilled to death" of our accomplishments and the quality of sheep we have been raising. We have found it interesting that our buyers and repeat buyers have never ask where our sheep have placed in the show-ring, but rather prefer to select a top sheep with traits that will go on to improve their flock through our breeding program. We do not have to win in the ring, in order to feel satisfied with our accomplishments. We get a huge thrill of walking in the barn and feeding "TOP QUALITY HAMPSHIRE'S THAT PERFORM, AND BEST OF ALL, RECEIVING GREAT COMMENTS FROM OUR RETURNING CUSTOMERS!
